Ingredients:

  • 250g orzo
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • chicken stock cube
  • 200g of cream
  • 50g pecorino romano
  • buratta/bufallo mozarella
  • 250g-500g of meat (optional)

Method:

  1. Chop the garlic and fry it in oil.

  2. Get the stock boiling.

  3. Once the garlic has golden brown color, throw in the tomatoes.

  4. Put the orzo in the tomato mixture after a little while, and gradually add the stock.

  5. Stir the orzo until it finishes cooking about 15min.

  6. Mix in the cream.

  7. Serve it on a playyer with some fresh herbs of choosing and steak/mozarella on top.
