Ingredients:

  • Fresh or lightly stale bread
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Maple syrup
  • Berries (whichever you prefer; strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1dl milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method:

  1. Beat the 2 eggs with 1dl of milk in a bowl.

  2. Add the cinnamon to the mixture and stir until properly incorporated.

  3. Heat up a pan with some butter on medium heat.

  4. Dip the bread in to the mixture both sides and put on the heated pan.

  5. Once one side is golden-ish brown flip the bread on its other side.

  6. Serve the bread with maple suryp, berried, and lightly coating of powdered sugar.
