Ingredients:
- Fresh or lightly stale bread
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Maple syrup
- Berries (whichever you prefer; strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 2 eggs
- 1dl milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method:

Beat the 2 eggs with 1dl of milk in a bowl.

Add the cinnamon to the mixture and stir until properly incorporated.

Heat up a pan with some butter on medium heat.

Dip the bread in to the mixture both sides and put on the heated pan.

Once one side is golden-ish brown flip the bread on its other side.

Serve the bread with maple suryp, berried, and lightly coating of powdered sugar.
